* All bookings taken shall be at the discretion of Hester. * Your booking and quote is only secure once Hester is in receipt of the booking if required. * Party numbers may be added at the discretion of Hester and the quote will be adjusted. minimum booking requirement of bride plus 3 on ammended bookings* A bridal makeup trial is required to be taken before the wedding day (for the bride). Wedding day services (for the bride) can only take place with a completed trial. Exceptions to this would be if you have the agreement of myself to forgo a trial due to difficult or unusual circumstances such as location If you or one of your bridal party members are unable to attend a booked trial, 48 hours notice at least must be given, any less than this and the balance paid will be non refundable. If you are any more than 15 minutes late the trial cannot go ahead or time allocated to your trial may be reduced.  * Hester is available to travel to the venue on your wedding date but trials take place at Hester’s studio in Cheltenham .. * Trials are to be carried out between 2 and 4 months before your wedding unless otherwise agreed by myself. * Trials should be arranged around 6-9 months before your day , it is very unlikely that trials will be booked on the weekend in peak season (april-sept) however a saturday afternoon may be offered.  Trials are charged additionally and must be paid no later than 7 days before the trial. The set price covers 1.5 hours for bride only). However if any of the immediate bridal party require a trial at the same time this will be at an extra cost which will be discussed at booking  *TRIALS MUST BE PAID

BY NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE YOIR TRIAL BOOKING. * Between Christmas and New Year an additional day rate of £75 will be applied. * Minimum of bride plus 3 makeups to book me for a saturday wedding In peak wedding season. If you require booking for a Saturday wedding for just the bride outside of peak wedding season Hester will book at her discretion . If the party is larger than 8 makeups and it is an earlier wedding, Hester may require an assistant and there will be an additional £80. An

additional £50 fee will be charged if the wedding is to take place on a bank holiday.

Split payments must not be sent without being discussed prior. In a case where a payment plan/ split payment has been agreed, if the wedding is then cancelled/postponed then all monies must be transferred to another booking. If the wedding is cancelled due to unforseen circumstances then the monies (excluding deposit and trial fee and a £100 cancellation Fee) will be returned to the client but the client must understand that this may also be done monthly. 

Travel is included within the price for the day of your wedding if it is held within Cheltenham. * Outside of Cheltenham travel charges will apply and be added to your final invoice. * Travel is charged at a rate of 0.50p per mile each way If the location is further a field I may require charging an hourly travel rate of £25 per hour there and back, especially if the bridal party is less than 6 people. If the travel

is over 2 hours drive,  an overnight stay the night before will be required and will be invoiced. *A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. * The booking deposit is non-refundable. * £100 of the deposit is deducted from your final payment.  The booking deposit of £100 secures your date and is an approximation of value of administration and preparation time. * The person making the booking shall be responsible for the full and final payment including any trial payments unless other arrangements have been made with the written consent of Hester. * Payment for wedding day services (your final payment) are to be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to your wedding day. 

In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your booking with Hester, any monies paid will not be refunded. * Cancellations made within the cancellation policy must be made in writing/emailed to Hester at hesterlilymua@gmail.com And only the deposit will be taken. If the amount of makeups changes, which often happens, you must give 8 weeks notice. If this is not discussed before 8 weeks before the wedding date then unfortunately the balance remains the same.   * If you are to postpone your wedding, any monies paid including booking deposit will not be refunded but services and booking deposit will be transferred to your new wedding date at no extra cost for the first postponement. Any further postponements will incur a £10 admin fee. Multiple dates can only be secured with additional deposits. Postponed dates are subject to the availability. * If your wedding is postponed and a new date arranged with Hester all payment scheduling will be moved accordingly to be in line with your new date. * If In the unlikely hood that Hester is unable to attend for your wedding day due to unforeseen circumstances Hester will endeavour to find another supplier to attend and your deposit will be returned * Hester reserves the right to cancel your booking or not continue with services due to unreasonable, rude, abusive or aggressive behaviour. In these circumstances no refund for any monies paid will be * Hester reserves the right to cancel your booking if there is a significant failure to respond to communications/correspondence. (For example, no longer replying to emails that require a response). There will be a fair warning in an email before a final email detailing the cancellation. Please note that this does not apply to those that occasionally forget to reply or are occasionally late with replying, we understand that life in general along with planning a wedding can get quite busy, so do not worry ! Hester reserves the right to cancel your booking for any situation deemed reasonable, if this is the case you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid unless the cancellation is a result of the client’s failure to pay in which the terms set out in the payments section will apply.  If your wedding is cancelled or you wish to cancel your services any Less than 8 weeks prior to the date on your booking contract 50% of the final bill is owed to Hester. 

All Correspondence with Hester will be either via email or text. * It is the responsibility of the bride or person making the booking to inform Hester of any allergies or skin sensitivities that yourself or the bridal party may have prior to the service. Hester cannot be held liable for any losses or damage that has incurred due to the client’s failure to disclose any information regarding known allergies or sensitivities, nor can they be held responsible for any unknown allergies or sensitivities that may arise. * If you or any member of the bridal party have any allergies or sensitivities and wish to proceed with services a trial is highly recommended, the client is responsible for themselves and Hester cannot be held responsible for any allergies or sensitivities that occur. Hester reserves the right to not carry out a service if Hester believes this to be dangerous to the client.*  No refund or compensation will be offered for delays caused by other wedding vendors/suppliers, guests or members of the bridal party. 

Photography. Any photographs or videos taken on the day of bride or bridal party may be used with clients consent. this could be on website, social media pages and for advertising purposes or for any other related business owned by Hester Lily Woods. * it goes without saying  these will not be shared until the Bride herself has done so. By securing your booking with Hester by deposit you are creating a contract with Hester Lily Makeup artistry and agree to the terms and conditions set out in this document.
